Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

• We do not accept returns. We use a print-on-demand service and each order is custom printed for you. 
  
• We can only make changes within 1 hour of purchase – this includes order cancellations and address changes. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, processing begins immediately, and we may not be able to cancel your order if it's already been sent to printing.
  
• We cannot combine separate orders.
  
• Please reach out to us within 60 days to resolve any issues with your order. We will not be able to assist you outside this window. 
• If your package came damaged or with printing issues, kindly contact me at contact@kukipuff.com with proof images so we can assist you.
