Physical Books International Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!

Every book is individually printed for you!

We send your order to print in 1 HOUR after placing the order.

Print books are printed & shipped through our trusted partners, BookVault.com or Lulu.com

Printing Time: Print books typically take 3-10 business days (Monday-Friday) to be printed before shipping.

Once the books are printed, they will be shipped to your address using International Mail or shipping option you choose.

International Mail Shipping Times:

  • USA: 15–19 business days
  • CANADA: 15–18 business days
  • UK: 10–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–14 business days
  • Australia: 25 business days
  • Brazil: up to a month

Standard International Shipping tends to be slow. Please expect to wait about a month or so for your item(s) to arrive in the worst case.

Important: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name & phone number. Kuki Puff is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided at checkout.

We only have as much information as is seen on your shipment tracking page.

We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as it's out of our hands.

If you need more assistance, it is best to contact the postal service directly.

And the most important thing, PLEASE CHECK PROVIDED TRACKING NUMBER REGULARLY AND PICK UP YOUR PARCEL FROM YOUR LOCAL POST. Sometimes local post offices don't notify you that you must pick up a parcel.

How is international shipping cost calculated?

International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. We ship packages via International Mail. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping cost, it will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information (if shipping method includes tracking). Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.

Can you check the status of my shipment/give me more details?

We only have as much information as is shown on your shipment tracking page. If you need more assistance, it is best to contact the postal service directly.

Once the package has been shipped, Kuki Puff is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues.

I don't see my confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email. Where is it?

Make sure you’ve searched your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification has landed there. You can mark us as SAFE too so that you won’t miss messages from us in the future.

Can I change my shipping address?

You have 1 HOUR to change the address.

We use 3-party print on demand service to print and ship physical books to you.

You may be able to change your address if we haven't sent your order for printing.

Please get in touch straight away with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you.

Once the order is sent for printing, I CANNOT cancel it or change the shipping address.

Will I need to pay import taxes?

The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most all countries worldwide. Some shipping services may be limited in some countries. You'll be able to see available shipping services at checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once you place your order, you have 1 HOUR to request changes in shipping address or cancel the order. Then we send your order for printing and shipping. Once the order is sent to print, we CANNOT cancel it or change shipping address!

We send orders to print quickly, so we may not always be able to honor all cancellation requests.

* All sales are final for digital download products.

What’s your return & exchange policy?

We don't have physical books in stock. Every book is individually printed for you via print on demand service. Based on that, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

Digital Books

What paper should I use to print digital PDFs for coloring?

We recommend using thicker paper, like 80-110 lb cardstock, to prevent markers or heavy coloring materials from bleeding through. For pencils and crayons, regular printer paper (20-24 lb) works just fine.

Can I color your PDFs digitally?

Absolutely! Our PDFs are compatible with most digital drawing apps like Procreate or Adobe Fresco. Just upload the file and start coloring!

Do I need special software to download your coloring books?

Nope! Our PDFs are easy to download and open on any device that supports PDF files. You can use apps like Adobe Acrobat Reader or even your browser.

Can I print the pages multiple times?

Yes, you can! One of the best things about digital coloring books is the ability to print your favorite pages as many times as you like.

Can I share your PDF files with others?

We kindly ask that you don’t share the files. Each purchase supports our small business, allowing us to keep creating for you. Feel free to share our website with your friends instead!

What supplies work best with your coloring pages?

Markers, colored pencils, crayons, gel pens—you name it! For markers, use thicker paper to avoid bleed-through. Experiment with different tools to find what works best for you.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Since digital products can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you have any issues with your download, reach out, and we’ll gladly assist!

Can I buy/steal your artwork and resell it on Amazon/Etsy, etc?

Oh, you sweet summer child. Let me save you some heartbreak: if you try to resell my artwork, you’re going to get banned so fast your Wi-Fi will feel it. I’m already on Amazon’s naughty list (long story, but let’s just say they don’t appreciate creative geniuses), and trust me, they don’t play around. You’ll be banned, booted, and blacklisted everywhere faster than you can say, “But it was just a coloring book!

So, here’s the deal: enjoy my artwork, color it like there’s no tomorrow, show it off to your friends, frame it, even brag about your mad shading skills. But resell it? Hard pass. Save yourself the trouble—your Amazon/Etsy shop deserves better, and I don’t want to have to say “I told you so.” 😉
